Shipping Information

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase.

Order fullfilment typicaly takes between 1 and 5 days for most items, except the ones tagged with an "Extended Lead Times" label on the product page.

Extended Lead Times

Due to global supply chain challenges, caused by COVID-19, lead times on some products are extended. That means that orders containing products with Extended Lead Times might take 4 to 8 weeks to be fulfilled - depending on the current supply levels.

All affected products are labeled with an "Extended Lead Time" label. Please contact our support team to get more information on lead times on specific products.

Order Shipment & Tracking

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order being fullfiled and leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please contact us at

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer free shipping across the US for most orders. There are limited exceptions on certain products, that are expresively marked with a "Doesn't Qualify For Free Shipping" label.

For products where free shipping is not an option, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

In general, shipments accross the United States are in transit for 2 - 7 days after they are fullfiled. We currently don't ship outside the US.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
